Bring back hanging

A bit of sense from Parliament at last! Andrew Turner MP is calling for a debate on the reintroduction of the death penalty.
Ok so typically they only want to bring it back for Cop Killers or for killing kids (I reckon most kids get killed by their own family members?) but it's a start.
I know the lefties will go on about 'you can hang innocent people by mistake  but it's a deterrent and that's the main thing!
